Phyx support gives you the opportunity to report bugs and receive updates for your products. Our TechSupport is handled by the people who DESIGN the software. This gives you the unique ability to have support-related issues handled by those who know the software inside-out. Our bug-fixes have been as fast as 15 minutes, from receiving email from a Customer to delivering the bug-fixed plugin back to the Customer. Phyx Support is also an excellent resource to refine the tools for your applications. For large multi-user companies, Phyx Support puts your people in contact with the plugins' Developers. This empowers your artists and TDs to use and customize our tools more efficiently.
One-year Support Contracts may be bought through this page. This support contract is PER USER. NOTICE FOR MULTI-USER STUDIOS; Multi-user studios who wish to purchase Support must purchase the same number of support contracts as software User licenses. Phyx Inc. may, at its sole discretion, suspend support indefinately until the appropriate number of contracts are purchased.
